There is a minimum of 3 nights rental period.
Rate per night is based o­n 1-4 persons. For every extra person there is an additional charge of 15 euro per night.

We will charge 40 euro’s for cleaning per stay. Of course it is possible to arrange cleaning during your stay as well.
Usage of towels en bedclothes is included, as well are the costs for water, gas and electricity.

To confirm a reservation, you need to transfer prepay of 20% of total amount, 2 weeks after your reservation is made to a bank-account in the Netherlands given by mail.
This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation. After your request for a quotation/reservation is received (by mail or phone), you will receive information or instructions within 24 hrs to confirm your reservation and payment by mail. See chapter ‘Contact’.

You will be welcomed by someone o­n arrival at the address of the apartment where you should pay the remainder of the total amount (so minus the prepay of 20%). You will also receive the keys.
Also you need to pay a security deposit of € 150,- which you will get refunded after leaving the apartment is good condition without damage.
While leaving some o­ne will check the apartment together with you and collect the keys.
