Arrival
•     As soon as you arrived you will call the owner of the apartment (Roberto) to confirm your arrival (+34.605146413).
•     You will go to the apartment by yourself. The address is written in the reservation confirmation you’ve received by mail. Roberto can also give you directions if necessary .
•     Someone will welcome you and show you the apartment o­n the time agreed in advance.
•     The remains of the total amount of reservation will be paid directly after arrival as well as the security deposit of € 150,-

During your stay
•     We expect you to take good care of the apartment, furniture and everything else in the apartment. Rules and regulations need to be respected.
•     We expect you to show consideration with your neighbours.
•     Please notify the owner directly if something brakes down or is damaged during your stay. You will be responsible for damage caused during your stay.
•     Behaviour of guests will be the responsibility of the o­ne making the reservation.
•     If these rules and regulations are ignored and o­ne or more quests will misbehave in any way, the owner will have the right to remove these guests from the apartment without refund or compensation.
